HUMANIZE MY HOODIE has consulted with the venues and has received their COVID-19 Safety Plan.
HUMANIZE MY HOODIE’s COVID-19 Preparedness Plan follows the industry guidance developed by the state of Minnesota, which is based upon Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) guidelines for COVID-19.
Following are practices we require for a safe event:
Stay home if sick or exposed to COVID-19.
If attendees are sick or have been exposed to COVID-19, they must stay home from the event. Accommodations for remote access will be made. If anyone become sick at the event, they will be asked to leave.
Maintain a physical distance of 6+ ft.
All event participants to stay at least six feet apart at all times. When indoors, our group will be in spacious venues that allow our attendees to spread out to maintain at least 6 ft. of distance.
Wear a mask.
Masks are required per Governor’s Executive Order 20-81 while indoors and while outdoors when social distancing cannot be maintained. You are required to wear a mask coving your mouth and nose during this event.
Sanitization and hygiene.
Wash your hands thoroughly, with soap, for at least 20 seconds often. There is also hand sanitizer onsite at the events as well.
Food safety.
Our caterer is also following state and national guidelines related to food service safety. All meals and snacks are individually wrapped. You are encouraged to bring your own water bottle to this event.
